BORUSSIA DORTMUND’S clash with Monaco could be delayed after there was an explosion by the Bundesliga side’s team bus.

According to Bild, Marc Bartra is on his way to hospital after being injured in the incident, with fears that it was a targeted attack.

The Borussia Dortmund team bus was involved in an explosion on their way to the ground

Dortmund tweeted: “There was an incident on departure of our bus. One person was injured. More information will follow.”

The incident has been confirmed by the German police, who tweeted: “In the area #Dortmund #Highest there has been a#explosion. We are on the spot with strong forces. The location is still unclear.
