Arsenal will offload six high-profile players from the club this summer as they prepare to spend big on new players.
Goalkeeper, Bernd Leno is top on the list of players who are up for sale, according to Football.London.
This follows a miserable season by Mikel Arteta’s side, with the club sitting in ninth place in the Premier League table and likely to miss out on European football for the first time in over 25 years.
The Gunners board are prepared to spend big in an ‘unprecedented’ transfer window and will trim a bloated squad and raise funds.
Football.London reports that Arteta has now put six players on the chopping block all of whom the club hope to receive sizeable fees for.
The other players in Arteta’s list include, right-back Hector Bellerin, Lucas Torreira, Matteo Guendouzi, Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Sead Kolasinac.
Arsenal are expected to sell Torreira and Guendouzi for at least £15m and will get a decent fee for Maitland-Niles after his spell at West Brom.
