As a Governor, Mr Udom Emmanuel has shown commitment that is fired by passion in all that he does for the development of Akwa Ibom State, and Nigeria at large during his earlier stations of life. Was Akwa Ibom State as peaceful when he came on board? No.He pulled the sleeves and went to work the moment he assumed duty on may 29th, 2015.
Today, Akwa Ibom State is the most peaceful State in Nigeria. That is what Nigeria needs, and not lip service and those who will play politics with the lives and properties of Nigerians. Mr Udom Emmanuel has handled security matters in Akwa Ibom State like a skilled surgeon handles the scalpel. When Nigeria tastes and see, the refrain on every lips will be, that was Udom Emmanuel, whence cometh another!
Therefore, if Nigeria must be healed of this perennial sickness of insecurity, we must be meticulous in choosing our next president. Udom Emmanuel should be taken like a sick man takes a prescribed drug. After all, we have diagnosed our sickness; the potent drug is "Udomcetamol".
